We have a lot of fun things planned to make sure our kids’ final year at Westchase Elementary is their best one yet! While we’re sad to see our Wizards leave, we’re excited to all the things we have going on this year!

Before volunteering on campus, all volunteers must complete the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Volunteer Application (formally the Y.E.S. form) or have a current/active profile on file: Apply or renew here.
This screening process helps keep our students safe and complies with district, state, and federal guidelines.
We understand that some schedules may not allow for time to volunteer and that’s OK! If you would like to help by donating funds or items to be used for our events, we appreciate that just as much as volunteering in-person!
2025-2026 Fifth Grade “Mic Drop”
THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this year’s 5th Grade Banquet such an incredible success. This event truly takes a village, and because of all of you, whether you were part of a committee or working behind the scenes, our 5th graders were able to celebrate such a special milestone.
We are beyond grateful for the time, energy, creativity, and heart that so many of you poured into making this day magical for our students. We are so Lucky to be Westchase Wizards!!! Class of 2026… MIC DROP
