It takes a community to make Westchase Elementary such a special place, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Throughout the school year, there are many ways to get involved.

Whether you have 30 minutes or a few hours, every volunteer makes a difference. No matter your schedule, skills, or experience, there’s a place for you in our Wizard community.

Get early access to volunteer opportunities for PTA events, committees, and school activities by joining our volunteer list. Simply fill out our Volunteer Application and we’ll reach out as opportunities become available.

Important:
Before volunteering on campus, all volunteers must complete the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Volunteer Application (formally the Y.E.S. form) or have a current/active profile on file: Apply or renew here.

This screening process helps keep our students safe and complies with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Good to know:

Applications don’t need to be submitted every year.

You’ll get a reminder when it’s time to renew—30, 15, and 5 days before it expires.

Renewals open 30 days before your expiration date.
