We Need You! 💛 Help Make Westchase Shine Bright!

It takes a village to make Westchase Elementary shine, and we’d love to have you as part of ours! Throughout the school year, we offer plenty of ways to get involved. From helping at events and holiday celebrations to supporting classroom needs and teacher appreciation. Whether you’ve got 30 minutes or a whole afternoon, there’s a spot for you to shine.

Get first dibs on volunteer opportunities for events and PTA committees by joining our volunteer list. Simply fill out our Volunteer Application and we’ll reach out as opportunities come up.

Important:
Before volunteering on campus, all volunteers must complete the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Volunteer Application (formally the Y.E.S. form) or have a current/active profile on file: Apply or renew here.

This screening process helps keep our students safe and complies with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Good to know:

Applications don’t need to be submitted every year.

You’ll get a reminder when it’s time to renew—30, 15, and 5 days before it expires.

Renewals open 30 days before your expiration date.
